The aim of the consultations is to find a treatment plan to restore your health with food that is suitable for you according to your conditions and intolerances.
The sessions take place as follows:
1st session: Health questionnaire to complete and suggested tests to undergo if necessary. In some cases, the nutritional advices can be determined in this session.
2nd session: Reading of the results of the tests if some has been made. You will be given the general nutritional advice for healthy eating, a treatment plan for a detox and the restoration of your health according to your personal needs.
Follow-up sessions: At the start of the treatment you are advised to have frequent follow-up sessions depending on your personal needs. Later these visits become less frequent as you acquire your autonomy.
I also offer my services as a food intolerance coach to help people implement their new diet with training on reading labels, shopping, cooking, etc.

Fees
The price for the first session is 130 CHF per hour and 120 CHF per hour for the second and follow-up sessions and coaching.
