About Gemma Calzada


Gemma Calzada is a nutritionist with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, a Nutrition Detoxicology therapist and a certified GAPS practitioner, accredited by ASCA (fondation suisse pour les médecines complémentaires.). Her mission is to improve health through nutrition and to help people suffering from a dietary intolerance to live happily.
She also helps to increase the energetic level of the person with Reiki Consciousness.

Biography


Her career began with engineering studies in computer science and electronic systems at the Ramon Llull University of Barcelona. She then worked teaching at the university and was awarded a research grant in artificial intelligence.

After her pregnancy, she put her career on hold for a few years and devoted time to her family and worked in an association specialized in IT services for non-profit organizations.

Her family health problems led her to the world of nutrition and alternative medicine. (Click here to know more about her personal experience with diseases). Motivated to find solutions, she learned homeopathy and various approaches to nutrition on her own.

In 2012 she got certified in nutrition at Stelior school of “Nutrition-Diététique détoxicologique” in Geneva. 

She got also a GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) diet certified practitioner in 2013.

In 2014-2015 she attends "Essential Natural Hygiene" by Dr. Robert Sniadach, and she becames a certified practitioner on Natural Hygiene or Life Science.

In 2016 she completes her Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition from the University of Natural Health.

In 2017 she earns a Master of Science in Holistic Natural Health & Healing from the same University.

In the same year, she becomes therapist of Reiki Consciousness.

At this moment, she is attending the "Doctor of Philosoplhy in Holistic Natural Health & Healing", in the University of Natural Health.

As a nutrition therapist, she can also help people who want to check if the disease they suffer from may be due to an inadequate diet, dietary intolerance or intoxication.

The appointments can be in English, French and Spanish.
